What happens during an exam?

There are two parts to an exam. The "vision" part is where Dr. Moskowitz determines if you need glasses. This is the part that addresses your vision needs with corrective eyewear.

 

The second part of the exam is the medical portion. During this time, our doctor will look at the general health of your eyes to ensure there are no ongoing problems.

Your exam will include:

  • Thorough vision screening
  • Eye health exam
  • Pressure / glaucoma screening
  • Dilation of pupils
  • Check for macular degeneration
  • Cataract checks
  • Children’s eye exams
  • Any additional services your doctor feels is necessary.
